1. General
- We ship all over India. Our Delivery Partner is Shiprocket -
https://www.shiprocket.in/ - All shipments are done subject to availability of stocks.
- After order placement and payment, your ordered product is picked up from inventory and necessary tests performed to check all technical and quality parameters. This is then packed as per our standard procedure for hand over to our logistics/delivery agent.
- All efforts will be made to deliver the goods as per the delivery schedule. However, in case of any unlikely delay or other issue, the agent will call you in order to resolve the same.
- Order Tracking can generally be done post 1 business day post-despatch from our side.
- Customers can expect orders to be delivered within 3 working days (excluding weekends/public holidays)
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (during checkout) are based on weight, volume, dimensions, and destination of the ordered product/s. Shipping costs are collected from customer at the time of purchase. We do not follow a "to-pay on arrival" system.
3. Warranties & Returns

4. Goods & Services Tax (GST) - Within India
GST is generally applied and collected from customer at the time of purchase.
4.1 Import Duties & Taxes - Applicable for Exports
For any export of goods, customers could be liable to pay the requisite Import duties at the time of arrival at the respective port of entry of the customer's country.
If case of customer's refusal to pay these requisite taxes and clear the goods, the goods could be returned to the exporter (ESTLights Online) at the customer's expense. Our Online Store's refund liability is restricted to the difference of value of goods less all such return shipping costs. Shipment cost at the time of export will neither be adjusted no refunded.
5. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage only up to the extent/value as stated by the delivery partner.
6. Goods Lost in-transit
An appropriate refund or fresh despatch of the ordered goods will be attempted, as agreeable by both parties, post full ascertainment and confirmation of the goods having been lost in transit.
