Return Policy
1. General:
Return & Refund Policies Last Updated Date: September 29, 2025
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the terms below. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via our website and as linked in our Google Merchant Center settings.
Return and Refund will apply to all users who login for making valid purchases from any part of India.
We accept return for defective products, new/unused/unopened products, or products that do not conform to the technical requirements mentioned at the time of sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, never been used, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Eligibility & Window:
You may return the new, unused, and unopened or defective items within 7 business days (excluding any state or national holidays) from the date of delivery.
During peak or seasonal periods, we may offer an extended return window; such extensions (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page or in our announcements.
3. Return Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and security seals intact.
- Buyer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- The item should be securely packaged for return; customer is responsible for ensuring that the products do not get damaged in transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Please inspect your order immediately on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
- Contact our Customer Support team at sales@estlights.com or call us on +91 9886400069 within the allowed return window, providing your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions, return address, and a return authorization (if required).
- Buyer must raise a return request by contacting our Customer Support team at sales@estlights.com with order details, invoice copy, and state proper/valid reason for return.
- Buyer needs to pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked courier / postal service. We recommend you obtain proof of shipment/tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify buyer whether the return is approved or rejected.

5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Return will be extended for a) defective or non-performing products or b) products that do not meet the technical specifications promised at the time of purchase or c) Unused/Unopened products, including return due to buyer’s remorse
- In case of return of unused, unopened product, including reasons of buyer’s remorse – the entire shipping and all other related costs will be solely borne by the buyer.
- In case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, the company will cover return shipping cost or provide a pre-paid return label.
REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Process & Timing
- Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved for refund, we will process refund for buyer (or replacement) within 7 business days (excluding state or national holidays)
- All returned goods undergo a full inspection, and if found defective – will be eligible for a refund
- If the product fails inspection (due to damage, signs of use, missing parts, or non-compliance with the above return eligibility criteria), the product will be returned back to the customer without any refund.
- Refund, once approved, are issued via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, online wallet, etc.).
- Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- In case of an unlikely lapse of more than 7 business days since approval of your refund, please contact us at sales@estlights.com
2. Exceptions & Special Cases
Items such as customised products, personalised items, or products sold under special offers cannot be returned or become eligible for refund unless found defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
